Ma'aikatan Shari'a Sun Yi Watsi Da Tayin Gwamnoni



BBC Hausa ta labarto cewa; Ƙungiyar ma'aikatan shari'a a Najeriya ta Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) ta yi watsi da tayin da gwamnonin ƙasar suka yi mata game da janye yajin naikin da take yi.

Ma'aikatan sun shiga yajin aikin ne domin neman a ba su 'yancin cin gashin kansu a jihohin Najeriya guda 36 ciki har da Abuja.

Jaridar Premium Times ta ruwaito cewa cikin tayin da suka yi wa ƙungiyar, gwamnonin sun buƙaci a ƙirƙiri wani asusun jiha mai suna State Account Allocation Committee (SAAC) don ya dinga sa ido kan rarraba kuɗi tsakanin ɓangarorin gwamnati guda uku a matakin jiha.

Sai dai tun bayan taronta na ranar 8 ga Mayu, JUSUN ta haƙiƙance cewa duk kuɗin da za a bai wa kotunan jiha dole ne a tura su kai-tsaye daga asusun gwamnatin tarayya kuma shugabannin kotunan za a bai wa ta hannun Hukumar Shari'a ta Ƙasa (NJC).

Kuma ta saka sharaɗin cewa sai an yi hakan game da kuɗaɗen tun daga na Oktoban 2020 har zuwa Mayun 2021 kafin ta janye yajin aikin.

Cikin wata sanarwa da ta fitar bayan taron majalisar ƙolinta, JUSUN ta ce ta ji takaici kan tayin da ƙungiyar gwamnonin ta yi mata.

Sanarwar da mataimakin shugaban ƙungiyar, Emmanuel Abioye, ya sanya wa hannu, ta ce tana goyon bayan kafa wata hukuma da za ta sa ido kan sama wa ma'aikatan 'yanci.

Duk da cewa ba ta ce komai game da ƙirƙirar SAAC ba, ƙungiyar ta ce ƙudirin gwamnonin "ya saɓa wa kundin tsarin mulki sannan kuma ya saɓa wa yarjejeniyar da suka yi a tattaunawar da suka yi da Shugaban Ma'aikatan Fadar Shugaban Ƙasa Ibrahim Gambari".
